First, we suggest that you always wear a backpack with two straps, so that your hands are free and your balance is good while walking. The backpack should contain the following items: personal hygiene items (e.g. toilet paper); sunscreen; insect repellent; regular medication; snacks; water; raincoat; extra battery for your cell phone; waterproof backpack cover. We always suggest that participants bring an extra set of clothes. These extra sets of clothes will be kept in our transport to be used at the end of the trail.
