Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy

The Trilha do Viajante asks that our clients carefully read the itinerary they are going to book, as it contains details on how the trip will take place, as well as our cancellation and withdrawal policy.

* For round trip trips (departure and return on the same day):

From 03 to 02 days before the trip, 50% of the value of the package booked is charged.

Less than 48 hours before the event, the full amount is charged.

It is possible to transfer to third parties in the case of round trip trips, upon payment of 10% of the value of the package booked and at least two days in advance of the trip.

* For trails/trips lasting more than one day, the cancellation and withdrawal policy is as per the contract.

Clients who violate laws or travel rules causing disruption or risk to themselves or others may be terminated at any time without any reimbursement.

In cases where the minimum number of participants is not reached, the amount already paid by the customer can be used for another tour or refunded.

Remember that failure to appear at the agreed time and place is considered a cancellation, therefore no refund or credit will be given to the customer.
