We will leave for this adventure at 1:00 am on September 20th from the 24-hour parking lot Itália Serra, Rua Ernesto Alves – 1186 Caxias do Sul, passing through the cities of Vacaria and Lages.
Day 1 – Around 6:00 am, we will stop for breakfast (not included) on the road near Alfredo Wagner. The first stage begins after we leave our transport at the farm that controls the entrances for adventurers. There will be 6 km of trails and dirt roads with a light backpack until the bar in Montanha dos Soldados de Sebold. Along the way, the landscape will be revealed, with the canyon walls and the four totems that form the Soldados de Sebold. We will also enter the Arroio Lajeado Canyon for about 500 meters. This canyon of rare beauty has a curious series of grooves on its walls, outlined by the water. Please note: we will only enter the canyon if the river is safe for adventurers, as it is narrow and fills up quickly.
After the trails, check in at your chosen accommodations. Meals not included; lunch and dinner can be ordered (in advance with us) at the mountain bar or prepared in the shared kitchens.
2nd day – Wake up at 6:30 am for breakfast (not included), and at 7:30 am departure for the Trilha da Base dos Soldados. This trail is moderate to difficult and takes an average of 4 hours to complete. On the way, there are steep zigzag climbs with the landscape unfolding before us, and at the highest point, there is a summit to leave your mark on. For those who do not want to do this trail, we suggest the easier trail that leads to the Cascata das Andorinhas, 12 meters high in the middle of native forest, approximately 3 km long (1.5 there and 1.5 back). After the trails, check out of the accommodation and have time for lunch (not included). Then we will return the same 6 km we did on the first day, to the parking lot where our transport will be waiting for us to return to Serra Gaúcha. Arrival in Caxias do Sul is expected at 10:00 pm.

Accommodation Notes:
– The Mountain House has 4 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shared outdoor gas shower, Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, and a social area. Its 80 square meters can accommodate 8 to 10 people.
– The Mountain Refuge has two bedrooms and can accommodate 3 to 5 people, a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, and a shared bathroom.
– The Riacho Cabin has a double bed on the mezzanine and two single mattresses on the sofa bed, a wood-burning fireplace, a private outdoor bathroom, and a full mini kitchen; it can accommodate 2 to 4 people.
– The Quati Cabin has a double bed + an extra bed can be added, a private outdoor bathroom, and bed and bath linens.
– Outdoor camping (no covered area for this purpose), with all equipment provided by each camper. There are shared bathrooms and showers for those who camp. We have camping equipment for rent upon request.

CANCELLATIONS
The following percentages will be charged as fines:
a) 30 or more days before the start of the trip, 10% of the contracted amount;
b) 29 to 21 days before the start of the trip, 20% of the contracted amount;
c) 20 to 7 days before the start of the trip, 50% of the contracted amount;
d) Less than 7 days before the start of the trip, 100% of the contracted amount.
In the case of a trip involving air travel, in addition to the expected expenses, the CONTRACTING PARTY will be responsible for paying the fines applied by the airline (if applicable).
If the CONTRACTING PARTY is unable to travel, the passenger may be replaced, at the CONTRACTING PARTY’s discretion, up to 6 days before the start of the trip provided for in this contract.
If the intended replacement occurs, the replacement traveler will have to comply with the requirements and conditions set forth in this agreement (including with regard to payment), thus subscribing to it by means of a contract extension.
In the case of an air ticket, the replacement traveler will have to purchase a new ticket at his/her own expense, given the highly personal nature of the travel ticket (non-replaceable and non-transferable).
